Setting up the Admissions Area

The admissions desk is where our customers scan their membership cards each time they come into the club. When you are working in admissions, it's important to be fully prepared for the session ahead. You need to make sure you have all relevant equipment and online systems ready to go.

Admissions departments are set up slightly differently in each club - you should familiarise yourself with the layout in your club and make sure you know where things like new membership cards , pens and membership forms are.

Logging into the admissions computers is the starting point in this area. Your club specific logins will be kept at the admissions desk, usually in a drawer or stuck to the computer - ask to see this when you're first shown the admissions area.
